PBLA Individual Player Registration

(Spring 2008)

Registration Requirements:

The league is open to all players ages 17 and up. Registration fees are listed below which includes all rink fees, referee fees, league balls and other supplies, league administrative costs, and your team jersey. Absolutely no one may participate in league games without registering and paying all fees.

Register on or before April 21st to May 19th = $120

Register on or before May 20th to June 2nd = $135

All players who register and are not already on a team roster will be placed in a player draft and picked prior to the start of the season. This will enable all teams to have players of various experience as well as to make for a well balanced league. Each team will pick up to but not exceeding 6 players. Anyone wishing to enter a competitive team must submit a list of at least 14 forwards and a goalie, team colors, logo, and all fees by May 7, 2008. Single players can still register until May 30, 2008.

Equipment Needed: (mandatory)

Forwards: stick, lacrosse gloves, athletic cup, arm pads, shoulder pads, rib and back pads, and helmet with cage or other full-face guard. Kneepads are optional but recommended.

Goalies: goalie stick, ice hockey goalie arm and chest protector, ice hockey goalie pants, goalie cup, gloves (hockey recommended), helmet with goalie cage and neck protector, and box lacrosse goalie leg guards.

Registration:

Online: When registering on-line, please give a phone number in which we can contact you on game days. A cellular phone is ideal. In the event of inclement weather, our new automated phone message service will call you informing you of any cancellations before you waste a trip down to the rink. If you have text messaging service, you may wish to give that as your email as well. Also, you must sign our waiver in person at the rink before you can play.
